Shipping is free for all stained glass purchases within the contiguous United States.

Shipping outside the contiguous United States is available for a flat rate of $50. If shipping is more expensive than this the buyer will be required to pay the additional expense, and if shipping is less expensive than this the buyer will be reimbursed the remainder. Please be sure you are aware of any import or duty fees, as these are the buyer’s responsibility.

As each piece is one of a kind, handmade, and carefully prepared and packaged before being sent out, we do not offer returns or exchanges and all sales are final.

Although each item is packaged carefully within several layers of protection, we understand that accidents can happen. If your piece arrives damaged please contact nick@clarityartglass.com within 48 hours of receiving your damaged item to arrange a repair.

If your item is damaged upon arrival you must save the packaging in order to receive a refund. Each item is shipped with insurance, and the shipping carrier may require photos of the packaging in order to process the claim.

We are not responsible for any damage to the item after delivery.
